Raging Stallion

"The Raging Stallion Studios site has lots of hot naked models, but it probably isn't going to get you off. It also isn't going to charge you a penny unless you decide to buy one of their DVDs - which you can do on their site with the click of a button and a credit card. Like many other porn studio sites, this one is designed to promote Raging Stallion 's films and models and to sell their DVDs. It does both pretty well.

The site is busy but well organized and it didn't take long for me to find the hardcore previews. Just click on a movie title and one of the first things you'll see is the "trailer" section (a/k/a the "xxx" arcade). You can either watch the trailer in a small screen on that web page or you can download it as a 'podcast'. I tried both. After downloading the 'podcast', I was able to play it full screen in iTunes (resolution was pretty good on a small laptop). This is a pretty cool feature, but the novelty factor doesn't change the fact that a short trailer probably won't get you off (it didn't get me off).

The guys in these videos are men, not twinks. There are individual pages for each model (with links to buy their DVDs - of course) and there is quite a variety of men. I thought many of them were pretty hot (in a real way - not in the chiseled, perfect way). Most are well built and well hung.

It's pretty easy to navigate the site via a navigation bar at the top of the page. There is a new release section that lists - you guessed it - the new releases, as well as an 'all movies' section that presumably includes the entire catalog. Clicking on an individual title takes you to a dedicated page that includes: a detailed synopsis (interspersed with still photos from the film), reviews, a cast list and, of course, the raison d'etre for the page - a "buy this DVD" link with pricing info. There's also a 'movie range' tab that probably should just be called 'links' because it takes you to a page that lists other gay porn sites (with links to most of them). Thematically, these linked sites don't seem to have much in common except perhaps the fact that you can watch full-length hardcore porn not available here - Hairyboyz, Collin O'Neal and Fisting Central are just a few of the links on offer.

It wouldn't be fair to compare this site to others that charge a fee for instant access to hardcore porn online. This is a different type of site and it's hard to rate because of that. Its sort of like having ice skating judges rating gymnastics (well, not really, but I assume you get my point). It leaves you wanting more, but that's probably the point. Maybe then you'll buy the DVD. But if you're all about instant gratification (and who isn't) and if you have to see one of these Raging Stallion features, you'll need to run to your local porn store if you can't wait for the DVD to arrive in the mail.
